Throughout her career, Charlene has developed a passion for helping customers better understand their insurance so they can make informed decisions without feeling overwhelmed by complicated terminology.
In her role with our agency, Charlene meets with customers to review their accounts, identify changing insurance needs, and discuss life insurance options designed to help protect the people who matter most to them. She is particularly passionate about life insurance and enjoys using real-life examples to make complex insurance concepts easier to understand.
Charlene's experience and dedication to life insurance have helped her qualify for TMHOF for three consecutive years. Her approach is centered on education, thoughtful conversations, and helping customers understand how their insurance fits into their broader protection needs.
Charlene is also actively involved in her local community, serving as a Trustee at her local fire company and as Assistant Treasurer of the Fire Department. Her community involvement reflects the same commitment to helping others that she brings to customers every day.

Jake Machinski has been a member of the Chad Jacobson State Farm team for five years and is licensed in Property & Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance. A graduate of Central Columbia High School, Jake combines his insurance knowledge with more than a decade of previous customer-service and management experience.
Jake works with individuals, families, farmers, and business owners to help them understand their insurance options and prepare for both current and future needs. In addition to Auto, Homeowners, Life, and Health Insurance, Jake brings firsthand knowledge of farm and ranch operations and an understanding of the challenges facing small-business owners. He enjoys solving problems, answering questions, and helping customers make informed decisions about their coverage.
Jake's commitment to helping customers was recognized when he qualified for the Team Member Hall of Fame for Health in 2023. He continues to focus on expanding his insurance knowledge and being a trusted resource for customers throughout Danville, Bloomsburg, Berwick, Catawissa, Elysburg, and surrounding Central Pennsylvania communities.
Community involvement is also an important part of Jake's life. He serves as a member and officer of the Forsaken Syndicate RC, is a board member of the Berwick Youth Football League, and coaches with the Berwick Youth Soccer League. He also enjoys participating in a Tuesday night golf league at The Links at Hemlock Creek.
Jake is motivated by the opportunity to help people in his community and to show his three daughters the importance of helping others. He particularly enjoys the relationships he develops with customers and the collaborative, family-oriented atmosphere of the Chad Jacobson State Farm team.

Krista has strong roots in the local community. She is a Lifetime Member of Girl Scouts of the USA and serves as an auxiliary member of the Warrior Run Area Fire Department.
